Tyler Boyd has found a new team, and the veteran is joining what has shaped up to be a loaded wide receiver corps.

Boyd agreed to a one-year deal with the Tennessee Titans that is worth up to $4.5 million, according to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler.

As Fowler notes, the deal reunites Boyd with new Titans head coach Brian Callahan, who was the offensive coordinator of the Cincinnati Bengals from 2019-23.

Boyd was a productive player over his eight seasons with the Bengals. He had 67 catches for 667 yards and two touchdowns last season despite Joe Burrow missing nearly half of the year with an injury. Boyd had back-to-back seasons with 1,000-plus yards in 2018 and 2019.

The Titans already have DeAndre Hopkins and signed Calvin Ridley this offseason. Boyd should be a great No. 3 option in their passing game.

Boyd visited with at least one other AFC team in free agency, but he ultimately chose Tennessee. The familiarity with Callahan was likely a factor in the 29-year-old’s decision.
