AC Milan midfielder Yunus Musah was delighted being part of their win at Genoa.

Milan won 1-0, with the game ending with striker Olivier Giroud in Milan's goal after Mike Maignan's late dismissal.

Musah told La Gazzetta dello Sport: "I feel very comfortable at Milan and I'm happy with my performance so far, I'm finding important minutes in the Champions League too and I'm happy.

"The relationship with (Christian) Pulisic? We're great friends and it's wonderful to be in Milan together, he's helping me a lot as well as the whole team. Objectives? Definitely growing and winning, I didn't expect to play so many times as a starter, but I'm proud of what I'm doing even if I'm only at the beginning.

"At Milan we are a good group, I am also getting along very well with the coach who is helping me a lot to adapt to a new game system. In the last match we were good at suffering in the final, it was a crazy and incredible evening, on the crossbar I hoped that the ball would go out, it would have been unfair to concede goals like that, even if Olivier was then decisive with some great saves, they are unforgettable moments that only this sport can give you."
