Leon Bailey has signed a new contract with Aston Villa.

In a short statement, Villa announced the Jamaica winger has signed a new deal:

"Villa is pleased to announce that Leon Bailey has signed a new contract with the club.

"The winger joined Villa in the summer of 2021 and has gone on to make 87 appearances in claret and blue, scoring 16 goals.

"A Jamaican international, he has netted ten times in all competitions so far this term, registering nine assists.

"Bailey started his journey in football with KRC Genk in Belgium before joining Bayer Leverkusen."
