Chelsea are prepared to make a £38.5 million offer to acquire West Ham star Mohammed Kudus in the upcoming summer transfer window.

According to Fichajes.net, Arsenal are also expressing interest in securing a deal for the talented player. The Spanish news outlet reports on their website that both London clubs are eager to sign the Hammers’ standout performer following his impressive debut season at the London Stadium.

The Ghanaian star made a move to West Ham in a deal valued at £38 million plus add-ons from Ajax, securing his signature ahead of Chelsea. However, despite missing out initially, Chelsea remain interested and are poised to submit a bid for him in the summer, potentially leapfrogging Arsenal in the pursuit for his signature. Chelsea’s ability to sell before making purchases could give them an advantage in the race.

West Ham pulled off a significant coup by successfully securing a deal for Kudus, outmaneuvering numerous European powerhouses to bring him to the club. His immense potential is evident to all, and he has openly expressed his desire to compete in the Champions League and consistently contend for trophies throughout his career. Therefore, the likelihood of him remaining at the London Stadium for the entirety of his career appears slim.
