Belgian forward Romelu Lukaku is set to finally leave Chelsea on a permanent transfer.

The attacker is on loan at Italian capital club AS Roma this past season, having previously been at Inter Milan.

Per The Sun, there will be no more loan moves for Lukaku when the season concludes.

The Blues are determined to sell him for a reasonable fee to recoup some cash.

Lukaku has a 38 million release clause that many teams may be ready to trigger.

If Chelsea do sell, they will look to replace him in the squad with Napoli's Victor Osimhen.
