Roxanne Perez will finally get her NXT Women's Championship match.

It was made official on NXT that Valkyria will defend the title against Roxanne Perez on April 6 in Philadelphia. Tuesday saw Perez come out and demand the title shot that she felt she deserved from General Manager Ava. Valkyria came out and the two fought. An unintentional distraction by Tatum Paxley allowed Perez to lock in the crossface on Valkyria. Later backstage, Valkyria demanded the match from Ava, who granted it.

Perez has developed a chip on her shoulder in recent weeks, particularly after a match that turned into a three-way at NXT Vengeance Day in February that saw Valkyria pin Lola Vice after she inserted herself into the match. Perez cemented her turn at Road Block by jumping Valkyria and injuring her elbow.

Here is the updated lineup for NXT Stand & Deliver:

  • NXT Champion Ilja Dragunov defends against Tony D'Angelo
  • NXT Women’s Champion Lyra Valkyria defends against Roxanne Perez
  • Trick Williams vs. Carmelo Hayes
  • NXT Tag Team Champions Bron Breakker & Baron Corbin defend against winners of number one contender's tournament
