We are truly in some of the most interesting hours of Alabama football history.

Nick Saban, Alabama’s head coach for 17 years, shocked the world on Wednesday in announcing his retirement. He arrived at the Mal Moore Athletic Facility on Thursday to help coaches and players transition into Crimson Tide life after him.

Hours later on Thursday, the man who runs college football arrived on the University of Alabama campus.

Jimmy Sexton, Nick Saban’s agent, represents several coaches in college football. Chris McCulley, a sports photographer for ABC 33/40 in Birmingham, captured the video of Sexton arriving at Alabama’s facility. This is the final piece to the close of the Saban era as a new name is about take the throne of Crimson Tide football. Who takes over for Saban at Alabama? Sexton represents the best in the Southeastern Conference, including Lane Kiffin. Kiffin, head coach of Ole Miss, is a candidate for Alabama’s opening.

We will see who gets named as Alabama’s next head coach, but Sexton is in Tuscaloosa, Ala.
