Slovakia coach Francesco Calzona has taken charge of Napoli after the dismissal of Walter Mazzarri.

Calzona will keep the role with Slovakia while also coaching Napoli.

Mazzarri was sacked after a matter of months after struggling to halt the slide that began with Rudi Garcia.

Calzona has signed with Napoli to June.

He will keep his job as Slovakia coach, having led them to qualification for the summer's Euros.

Napoli meet Barcelona on Wednesday in the first-leg of the Champions League round of 16.
