Chase Elliott is one of the biggest name in the current NASCAR Cup Series grid. The 2020 NASCAR Cup Series champion has the most passionate group of NASCAR fans as he has been winning the most popular driver award for the last six years in a raw. Majority of these fans are the ones he inherited from his ex-Cup champion father Bill Elliott .

But despite being star, Chase Elliott is one of the drivers that leads the most private life. It’s also one of the biggest factors in why he doesn’t want to even feature in NASCAR’s Netflix docu-series. Four-times Cup champion and the vice chairman of Hendrick Motors posts’ Jeff Gordon was asked about who he thinks is a driver whose leading a double life in the HMS garage.

The champion driver didn’t have to think long about giving an answer as he pointed out that Chase Elliott might be the one as he lives a very elusive life outside NASCAR. He admitted that the HMS garage doesn’t have any idea about what Elliott does back home at Dawsonville.

Listen, it's got to be Chase Elliott because he's so elusive and I don't know what he does in Dawsonville when he's at home, but he's just one of those very quiet guys, so maybe there's... He's going to say no, he's so simple, there's nothing to it, but we all are speculating. What's going on there when Chase Elliott isn't at the track? Jeff Gordon said.

Chase Elliott had a victory to be proud of at Texas

Last Sunday Chase Elliott produced an impressive victory at Texas Motor Speedway breaking his 42-race winless streak. He is proud of the team for finally breaking the streak and is happy the hard work and dedication final paid off for them.

You have to be in the mix. You got to be up front to even have things go your way. We were close enough to do that. We still want to be better. I think we have room for improvement. Just proud of the way everything worked out. It’s a lot more fun when you’re fighting for wins and up-front battling, whether it goes your way or doesn’t go your way. Just to have a shot is enjoyable.

Chase Elliott said.

The No:9 Chevy Camaro ZL1 driver is a mystery on and off the track, and unlike many of it’s counterpart Elliott does the talking on the track. While some find it bit odd, this personality might be the reason for most NASCAR fans loving him.
