Notable sports agent makes bold Aaron Rodgers, Packers prediction

Big-name agent Drew Rosenhaus has become the latest noteworthy individual to predict quarterback Aaron Rodgers will leave the Green Bay Packers this offseason.

As shared by Logan Mullen of Audacy, Rosenhaus explained during an appearance on "The Joe Rose Show with Zach Krantz" that he believes the Packers are "ready to go to" 2020 first-round draft pick Jordan Love.

"I think they’ve had enough of the drama year after year," Rosenhaus continued. "I think they’re just ready to move on as a franchise."

Rodgers reportedly flirted with leaving Green Bay after the 2020 season, made "misleading" comments about his COVID-19 vaccination status the following campaign, and then signed a lucrative extension with the club last March.

Since that time, the four-time NFL Most Valuable Player allegedly baffled some teammates over his use of hand signals during games and more recently was deemed by some to be "more trouble than he's worth" as he prepared for a four-day "darkness retreat."

Rosenhaus also said he "wouldn’t be surprised to see Rodgers land" with either the New York Jets or Las Vegas Raiders.

While it was reported last week that the Packers "have all but moved on from" Rodgers, NFL Network insider Tom Pelissero has made it known that Green Bay would welcome the future Hall of Famer back unless he decides to retire following his isolation period.

Rosenhaus said the amount of money Rodgers can still earn as an active player is "kind of hard to walk away from" even though the 39-year-old claimed last month he "can definitely walk away from that."

The Jets seemingly have free-agent Derek Carr as their No. 2 option if Rodgers rejects them for any reason. Meanwhile, the Raiders may be interested in having Rodgers take Carr's former spot on their depth chart. Las Vegas trading for Rodgers would reunite him with All-Pro wide receiver and former Green Bay teammate Davante Adams.
