Courtney Love slams the 'outrageous' 'Pam & Tommy' miniseries

Pam & Tommy already has one critic before it even premieres.

The forthcoming Hulu miniseries centers around the whirlwind romance of Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee in 1995, including their infamous sex tape.

Courtney Love, a close friend of Anderson's, is not having it.

"I find this so f—ing outrageous," the 56-year-old Hole vocalist wrote on Facebook (h/t People). "When Pam / Tommy sex tape was out / myself @pattyschemel @xmadmx were making a record. And the lone women in many recording studios in LA. Where all / ALL! The staff engineers / producers / owners / were watching the sex tape with huge schadenfraude.. Guffaws, It was disgusting. I banned anyone discussing it.. It destroyed my friend Pamelas life. Utterly."

Anderson and Lee were married in February 1995 after knowing each other for just 96 hours. Their controversial marriage ended three years later, after it had gotten abusive. The exes have two sons together, 24-year-old Brandon and 23-year-old Dylan.

In Pam & Tommy, Anderson will be portrayed by Lily James and Lee by Sebastian Stan.

Pam & Tommy  will be directed and executively produced by Craig Gillespie, also known for I, Tonya.
