Tom Cruise has posted a comprehensive recap of all seven Mission: Impossible films - and it’s crammed into just 90 seconds.

The actor, who plays super spy Ethan Hunt in the action blockbusters dating back to 1996, uploaded the video on his Twitter account.

“It’s hard to put all 7 films into 90 seconds,” writes Cruise, “but we certainly had fun trying.”

The video showcases some of the franchise’s biggest stunts, including Hunt’s scaling of the Burj Khalifa, his motorbike jump into parachute descent off a cliff, and his 25,000 ft HALO jump (High Altitude, Low Opening).

With the video establishing the long-running storyline, and referencing heroes and villains from past installments, fans believe Cruise is helping to set up the next film in the series.

Don’t consider it the second half of his last film, however, as Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning - Part 1 has changed its name.
