If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. That appears to be the model for the BC Lions as they are not going to be letting any of their coaches go.
The team made the announcement that the entire coaching staff will be staying in place for the 2024 season. One change that made was Lions co-general manager and coach Rick Campbell announced that defensive coordinator Ryan Phillips will be adding the assistant head coach role to his title.

“We are thrilled to retain our coaching staff. It’s a big step in our process of getting ready for 2024,“ Campbell said in his statement.
“This is a group of great teachers and quality people. The continuity allows us to evolve and grow as a team and to be prepared for the exciting season ahead.”
The BC Lions’ coaching staff is set up as follows:
Campbell is going to be entering his fourth season with the organization, recording a 29-21 overall record. He was previously with Ottawa for six seasons, winning the Grey Cup in 2016. BC has made the playoffs two straight seasons under Campbell.
Last year, the Lions went 12-6 and made the West Final before losing to the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. With the coaching staff squared away, Campbell and his staff can shift their focus to free agency where they have 22 players who are pending free agents going into the offseason.
