With college football in the rearview and hoops nearing its peak, the 2026 college baseball season has burst out of the gates with an incredible start.

With parity in baseball being such an issue at the professional level, fans love that college baseball has been able to stay pure in a money-dominated sports world.

What stands out about these upsets? That’s right, the regionalism.

Despite the strong start to the season, college baseball coverage still has a long way to go.
