The Philadelphia 76ers missed the playoffs for the first time in eight years this season. But with one of the worst records in the NBA, the 76ers will be involved in the league's draft lottery.

After losing the season finale Sunday, the 76ers clinched a 24-58 record. Behind that mark, Philadelphia possesses a 10.5% chance of receiving the No. 1 pick in the 2025 NBA Draft according to Tankathon.

Put another way, Philadelphia has a 10.5% chance of having the right to draft Duke's Cooper Flagg at No. 1 overall. Flagg is the heavy favorite to be the top selection in the 2025 NBA Draft.

The 76ers also have a 42.1% chance of getting a top four selection in the draft.

Both percentages are the fifth-best in the league. Only the Utah Jazz, Washington Wizards, Charlotte Hornets and New Orleans Pelicans have better odds.

Flagg led Duke to a Final Four appearance as a freshman this past season. The forward averaged 19.2 points, 7.5 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game while shooting 48.1% from the field.

A duel-threat inside and from the perimeter, Flagg also made 38.5% of his 3-point attempts in his first college season.

The last time the 76ers missed the postseason, they held the No. 1 pick in 2017. At No. 1 overall, the franchise selected guard Markelle Fultz.

The 76ers also had the No. 1 pick in 2016 when the team picked guard Ben Simmons.
