Bobby Hurley and the Arizona State Sun Devils have landed not one, not two, not three, but four verbal commitments from the class of 2024 in only the last nine days.

Jaden Smith (three-star C), Amier Ali (four-star SF), Sammie Yeanay (four-star PF) and now Ketraleus “Bo” Aldridge (three-star SG) have all made their pledges to ASU in that order. The Sun Devils went from 0 commitments to four in the snap of a finger.

Subsequently, the team’s recruiting rankings have seen a huge jump.

247 Sports and their composite rankings have the Sun Devils’ 2024 recruiting class at 12th overall in the country. Moving to the Big 12 has certainly paid off basketball-wise, as ASU is fourth in the new conference for what will be its first year next season.

Rivals has ASU at No. 17 in the country and fifth in the Big 12.

On3 is by far the lowest on ASU, putting the Sun Devils at No. 32 overall and ninth in the Big 12.

On3 and Rivals also factored in ASU’s newest JUCO transfer, Jeremiah Nyarko, who committed to the Sun Devils last week.

As for this year’s team, they tip off tomorrow night in Chicago against Mississippi State in their season opener. Before this season even starts, Hurley already has something to be proud of with his recruiting for next year.
