Cooper Flagg and the Duke Blue Devils will square off against the Houston Cougars in an exciting Final Four battle. Flag is one of the youngest players in the Final Four. Flagg played a crucial role for the Duke Blue Devils this season. He won the Oscar Robertson Trophy and the AP National Player of the Year award.

While the Blue Devils prepare to face their opponent, Flagg revealed his top players in the big league. Flagg is influenced by several NBA stars, but there are only a few players whom he watches the most. Ahead of the Final Four battle, Flagg mentioned his favorite players in an Instagram post shared by GQ Sports.

“I think someone I’ve said for a while is Jason Tatum, offensively the way he changes his pace and uses his body. Defensively, I watch Jonathan Isaac. The way he’s versatile and guarding. Those are two I like watching this past year,” Cooper Flagg said.

The Blue Devils star had a strong postseason after averaging 19.5 points per game. He’s averaging 7.8 rebounds and 5.3 assists. In just four games, he’s shooting at 44.8 percent. Cooper Flagg also recorded a season-high 42 points with seven assists and six rebounds this season in his best game against Notre Dame.

Cooper Flagg Became The First ACC Player To Score 500-Plus Points

Cooper Flagg has several milestones to his name. He continues to surprise many with his stunning performance. A month ago, the shooter became the first player in the ACC to score 500-plus points. Along with that, he recorded 100-plus assists and 30 blocks.

Flagg also became the fourth rookie to win the AP Men’s Basketball Player of the Year award. There’s no surprise that Flagg has high expectations of himself.

“I hold myself to a high standard. I know how much work I’ve put in, how many hours I’ve spent grinding. It’s about trusting what you do and doing it to the highest level,” Cooper Flagg said.

The Duke Blue Devils have a great chance to win the NCAA tournament with the help of Flagg on their team. After winning the AP Award, Flagg joined top NBA stars, including Anthony Davis, Kevin Durant, and Zion Williamson. Flagg is also set to become the No. 1 pick in the NBA draft for 2025. The guard is prepared to take on his opponent in their crucial game. The Blue Devils are predicted to make it to the finals this season.
