Scruggs is a dominant offensive line prospect in the Class of 2026. Standing at 6-foot-6 and 290 pounds, Scruggs has emerged as a cornerstone for Loudoun County High School in Leesburg, Virginia, where he plays both offensive tackle and defensive end. Scruggs ranks as the No. 133 prospect nationally, No. 8 among interior offensive linemen (IOL), and No. 5 in the state of Virginia
His athletic profile is equally impressive with a 600-pound squat, 315-pound bench press, and a 28-inch vertical jump, the kind of attributes that translate into powerful, explosive play on the field.

Georgia currently boasts the nation’s No. 6 recruiting class and has nine players committed to their recruiting class of 2026:
