The Gonzaga Bulldogs host the Santa Clara Broncos in the final home game of the season on Saturday.
Gonzaga (21-6, 11-2 WCC) has won five in a row after an 86-65 triumph at Portland on Thursday. Graham Ike led with 20 points and 14 rebounds for his seventh double-double of the season while Nolan Hickman added 19 points and four 3-pointers. Anton Watson and Ben Gregg each had 13 points.
The Bulldogs improved to 16-0 when they scored 80 or more points and 15-0 when shooting 50% from the field.
Santa Clara (18-10, 9-4 WCC) enters the matchup on a three-game winning streak following a 65-55 win over Loyola Marymount on Thursday. Brenton Knapper and Johnny O'Neil led with 15 points apiece. The Broncos tied their season-low with just six turnovers.
Adama-Alpha Bal was held scoreless in his return after missing the previous three games due to an undisclosed injury. The junior leads the team with 14.6 points and 3.2 assists per game.
Gonzaga is set to honor Watson on senior night prior to tipoff. The Spokane native is tied for third in program history with 126 wins and 143 games played, ranks second in steals and is 10th in rebounds. Watson needs two points to pass John Stockton for 26th on the Bulldogs' all-time scoring list.
Gonzaga has won 49 of the last 52 head-to-head meetings against Santa Clara, though the Broncos got the last laugh in a 77-76 win at home last month.
