Look of the Day for Tuesday, March 5: Gators chompin' at the bit

Taylor Hendricks was well on pace to cash our Monday Look of the Day until he suffered a toe sprain and didn't play a single minute in the second half. Talk about a bad beat. All we can do now is reset and bounce back with a winner on Tuesday night.

Look of the Day: Florida Gators -1.5 (-110 FanDuel)

Let's switch over to college basketball for Tuesday night's selection. We're eyeing up the SEC showdown between Florida and Alabama for our favorite bet of the massive slate.

These two teams faced off two weeks ago in Tuscaloosa, and Alabama escaped with a 98-93 win in overtime. The Gators really should've pulled off the upset, so we expect them to get revenge as short favorites on Tuesday night.

Florida has a huge matchup advantage against Alabama on the offensive glass. The Gators rank third in the country in offensive rebounding percentage, while the Crimson Tide rank 232nd in defensive rebounding percentage. Florida grabbed 17 offensive boards in the first matchup, and it should be more of the same in the rematch.

On the other end of the floor, Florida's length and athleticism can disrupt Alabama's lethal three-point shooting. The Gators held the Crimson Tide to 25 percent shooting from beyond the arc two weeks ago. If Florida slows down Alabama's three-point attack and makes a few more shots on its home court, we like Todd Golden's squad to pull out the win.
