It's been a busy offseason for the Alabama Crimson Tide, which is especially true when it comes to their efforts in securing some of the top talent in the 2026 recruiting class.
One of their biggest wins has been a five-star and the nation's No. 2 running back, Ezavier Crowell (per On3 Industry Rankings), who had committed to the program on June 26 after a total of nine visits.
He is also just one of three five-star recruits the Crimson Tide landed, joining linebacker Xavier Griffin and cornerback Jorden Edmonds, which is the most for any program according to an X post from On3's Hayes Fawcett.
It's an impressive feat, and it even caught the attention of Crowell himself, who revealed Alabama may not be done yet, commenting, "all imma say is we got more coming."

Crowell could certainly be right, as Alabama is still showing interest in several talented players. According to the On3, there are three five-star players they have the best chance to land.
That includes big names such as wide receiver Cederian Morgan at 94.3%, linebacker Anthony Jones at 31.1% and safety Jireh Edwards at 93.1%, with all three already taking official visits with the team.
They would all potentially help extend their lead in the race to acquire the most five-star recruits, while the Texas Longhorns, Ohio State Buckeyes and LSU Tigers all have the second-most with two.
Landing any would also aid in Alabama's quest for the top recruiting class, as they currently hold 15 total commitments, for a group that ranks No. 4 in the SEC and No. 10 in the nation.
