The North Carolina Tar Heels continue to ride the Hubert Davis era, attempting to win a college basketball national title.

North Carolina plays in the most consistent conference in college basketball, having to compete against Duke, Louisville, Miami, Florida State, Pitt, Syracuse and more.

Last season the Tar Heels had a talented roster, but the puzzle didn't slide into place for Davis and company.

UNC was led by RJ Davis, Elliot Cadeau and Drake Powell, all of whom left after the season's conclusion.

As Davis and his coaching staff attempt to replace the talent, that led them to the NCAA Tournament, but suffered a brutal loss in the first round, they received incredible news.

According to Joe Tipton, five-star recruit Toni Bryant has scheduled an official visit to North Carolina.

Toni Bryant is rated as a five-star prospect, ranked as the No. 4 power forward and the No. 13 overall player in the nation, per 247Sports

Bryant has also received interest from some of the top college basketball programs in the nation such as Kansas, Michigan and Louisville.

While he's scheduled to visit North Carolina on Sept. 1, Bryant is also set to visit Dennis Gates and the Missouri Tigers on Sept. 6, scheduling an official visit with the SEC program.

North Carolina finished the season with a 23-14 record. They capped off the fourth season of the Hubert Davis era.

In Davis' first season as the head coach of UNC, the Tar Heels made their way to the national title game. They have since struggled to find consistent success in the NCAA Tournament.
