Penn State Nittany Lions forward Puff Johnson left Wednesday’s game against the No. 12 Michigan State Spartans with a right hand injury.
on BTN, Andy Katz says the the Penn State staff is “disheartened” by the prognosis on Puff Johnson, who exited with an apparent right hand injury: “It’s not good. They feel awful for Puff. He’s not going to return. No official diagnosis.”

Johnson left at the 8:16 mark of the first half and went to the locker room to be evaluated. Per Andy Katz, the results were disheartening.
Johnson had three points and one rebound before leaving the game.
On the season, Puff Johnson is averaging 10.6 points and 4.6 rebounds for Penn State.
