Arkansas Razorbacks star freshman guard Darius Acuff Jr. has had an incredible season, averaging an SEC-best 22.2 points and 6.4 assists-per-game to lead Arkansas to a third-place finish in the conference.
He was rewarded with not just the SEC Freshman of the Year, but SEC Player of the Year award as well, becoming the third freshman to win the award and first since 2023. He was also the lone unanimous selection to the All-SEC first-team, joining Alabama’s Labaron Philon, Vanderbilt’s Tyler Tanner, Florida’s Thomas Haugh and Rueben Chinyelu.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. How many of the players to be named SEC Player of the Year since 2000-01 can you name in five minutes?
Good luck!
