The Oklahoma City Thunder have signed Baylor Bears guard Adam Flagler, according to Michael Scotto of HoopsHype.
Flagler had a storied career at Baylor, in which he was an NCAA Champion (2021) and First-team All-Big 12 selection (2023). In 2022-23, he averaged 15.6 points, 4.6 assists, 2.4 rebounds, and 1.2 steals. He is an excellent shooter, as he knocked down 2.5 three-point field goals per game on 40.0 percent shooting.
Flagler provides the Thunder with additional backcourt depth behind Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Josh Giddey. On Thursday night, the Thunder made two selections. They traded up to the 10th overall pick to select Kentucky guard Cason Wallace. In the second round, they drafted Kansas State forward Keyontae Johnson with the 50th overall pick.
The Oklahoma City Thunder have agreed to a deal with Baylor guard Adam Flagler, league sources told @hoopshype. Flagler was named First Team All Big 12 last season.
