The Duke Blue Devils finished with the third-best basketball recruiting class in the 247 Sports 2025 men’s basketball final player rankings, and they may not be done.
Currently, all three of head coach Jon Scheyer’s incoming recruits rank inside the top 25 of the final rankings.
Duke’s top recruit is the two-time National High School Player of the Year, Cameron Boozer, who led his Columbus High (OH) team to four straight state championships. He finished his high school career ranked as the No. 3 overall player in the class and the top power forward in the country (247 Sports).
Following Cameron Boozer among Duke’s recruits is 6-foot-8 small forward Nikolas Khamenia out of Harvard Westlake (CA). Khamenia is ranked 15th in the final rankings and the No. 3 small forward (247 Sports).
Duke’s third recruit is Cameron Boozer’s twin brother, Cayden, the 23rd overall ranked player and the No. 4 ranked point guard.
All three incoming players were McDonald’s All-Americans.
Four-star 6-foot-8 forward Sebastian Wilkins is considered to be one of the top 30 recruits in the Class of 2026 (On3). However, he has not ruled out a late reclassification, according to Brandon Jenkins of 247Sports.
“Wilkins could reclassify into the 2025 recruiting class, so he could offer some reinforcements for next year's roster if he opts to enter the college ranks a year early.”
Wilkins recently visited Duke, after which he announced his enthusiasm.
“Had a great official visit at Duke University!!” Wilkins wrote on X.
Included in Jenkins' post from his official Duke basketball visit was numerous photos with his family inside the Cameron Indoor Stadium home locker room and of himself in Blue Devils gear.
