Let’s just say that they defeated the No. 16 Stetson Hatters in the first round by 39 points, then blew out the No. 9 Northwestern Huskies in the second round by 17 points. San Diego State was buried under a 30-point deficit by the end of its rematch in the Sweet 16 round against the Huskies.
