USC Basketball: Boogie Ellis Has Surpassed Huge Milestone
USA TODAY Sports

On Wednesday, USC Trojans fifth-year guard Boogie Ellis hit a significant milestone in his latest game.

Ellis has eclipsed the 2,000 career point mark.

Ellis got himself past 2K points and was a catalyst in the Trojans' key win over their Pac-12 rivals and soon-to-be Big Ten rivals, the Washington Huskies, 80-74.

He was the game's leading scorer with 25 points, three rebounds, and three assists. In addition to this amazing milestone, Ellis was also named to the All-Pac-12 Second Team. He finished the season with a team-high 16.6 points per game.

Throughout his USC career, he averaged 15.5 points per game on 42.7% shooting from the field and 39% from beyond the arc in 94 games. As a Memphis Tiger, he scored 9.1 points per game in 42 games and two seasons.

Ellis is a bucket and has been a bucket since donning the Cardinal red and gold. Congratulations to the fifth-year senior on this fantastic milestone.
