Watch: Arizona guard leaves fans stunned with pass
Arizona guard Kylan Boswell Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

The Arizona Wildcats appear to have their own version of Pistol Pete Maravich.

Arizona guard Kylan Boswell went viral during Thursday’s game against Colorado for the majestic pass he threw on the open floor. Boswell stole the ball away from Colorado’s Julian Hammond III and then, from the opposing free-throw line, put the ball on a silver platter for teammate Pelle Larsson like a conductor guiding an orchestra.

Take a look at the stunning highlight.

Boswell, who is right-handed, lobbed the ball over with his left hand and put just enough spin on it to evade the defenders and lead Larsson straight to the hoop. That was less of a basketball pass and more of a gift from the heavens right there.

The sophomore guard – who finished up with 14 points and four assists in his squad's 97-50 stomping of the Buffaloes – has been one of the most impressive players this season for the No. 10-ranked Wildcats. While Boswell’s best overall attribute is his defense, he is posting a nifty 11-3-4 stat line this season and a near-automatic 41.9 percent shooting from three.

Boswell’s pass might not necessarily be the single best one that we have seen in basketball this season. But for an 18-year-old college kid to be dropping dimes like that certainly puts Boswell in a class of his own.
