Months after a scary incident in which Bronny James suffered cardiac arrest during a USC basketball team workout, the incoming freshman guard got his chance to be introduced to the public on the school's home court. James has not returned to practice yet, but his father, Los Angeles Laker star LeBron James told the media that his son intends to play this coming season for the Trojans.
Bronny was announced with his teammates at USC basketball's Midnight Madness event, called "Trojan HoopLA" and made the most of the moment, showing off a few dance moves for the fans when he hit the "dougie" while coming onto the floor.

Bronny did not suit up for the event, and after undergoing a successful surgery following the cardiac incident, there hasn't been a potential timeline announced for him to return to the floor in any capacity to this point. Regardless, the younger James showcased an impressive skillset throughout high school and specifically during his senior season.
James averaged 14.2 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.8 steals per game over his final year at Sierra Canyon and was selected to play in the McDonald's All-American Game.
