Wes Miller Updates Connor Hickman's Health, Previews Massive Iowa State Battle

 The Bearcats basketball team faces the most difficult test of the season so far in a road matchup against No. 10 Iowa State in Ames, Iowa on Saturday at 4 p.m. ET.

Cincinnati will be an underdog against a team 12-1 at home this and likely continue to be without guard Connor Hickman (foot) on the floor. He has not played since Jan. 7 against Baylor and has appeared in 13 games.

"He's working through it as hard as anyone can," Wes Miller said on Thursday. "He's the toughest kid. We've missed him dearly. We've missed his leadership, we've missed his toughness, we've missed his offense, and the ability to play both positions in the backcourt, but I don't have a great expectation for the remainder of this year, but I wouldn't rule anything out."
