Ike missed all of Wyoming's 2022-23 campaign with a lower right leg injury, but his 2021-22 season will be enough for him to garner major attention from several big-time programs. He was selected as a first-team All-Mountain West player that season and was named the preseason Mountain West Player of the Year this fall before his injury.
Because of the injury, he was able to take a redshirt year, meaning he still has three seasons of eligibility left.
Ike was one of the main reasons Wyoming made the NCAA Tournament in 2022, and his season was memorable. He notched 14 double-doubles, including a 33-point, 10-rebound performance against Boise State. He also put up 17 points and nine rebounds in the Cowboys' NCAA Tournament game against Indiana, a 66-58 loss in the First Four.
Many teams are sure to come calling on Ike. He's reportedly already had conversations with West Virginia.
