3-Star Wide Receiver David Washington Jr Commits to Kentucky
USA TODAY Sports

Kentucky football has added yet another commitment to its ever-growing 2024 class.

On Saturday afternoon, 3-star wide receiver David Washington Jr announced his pledge to the Wildcats, picking UK over the likes of Penn State and Virginia:

The Philadelphia native out of St. Joseph's Prep is ranked as the No. 804 overall player, No. 119 WR and No. 21 player in Pennsylvania, per the On3 Industry Ranking. Washington is considered a 4-star by Rivals.

After Washington took official visits to Kentucky and Virginia, the Wildcats' WR coach Scott Woodward beat out the Cavaliers for their first wideout commitment of the '24 cycle. Washington is now the 14th commit in head coach Mark Stoops' class.

Kentucky continues to collect victories on the trail.
