Jayden Aparicio-Bailey has been really busy as of late with colleges from across the country visiting him.

Aparicio-Bailey is a 2027 four-star defensive back, and he currently attends Prattville High School in Alabama, but he is a native of California.

Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Texas, Missouri, Vanderbilt and South Carolina have all made trips to visit the four-star over the last week or so. The Crimson Tide’s defensive back coach, Jason Jones made the trip this week. Contact between Jones and the 2027 prospect has seen an uptick as of late.

“The relationship is good,” Bailey said. “Coach Jones and I have been talking a little more recently, and it was just great for him to come down and see me.”

Kalen DeBoer offered Bailey in April of 2025.

“It means a lot,” Bailey said after earning the offer. “It’s an honor to have a meeting with coach DeBoer and get an offer from such a powerhouse school like Alabama. Ever since I was a little kid in California, all you heard about was Alabama, the legacy, the great Nick Saban era. It’s an amazing school.”

At 6-foot-2 and 185 pounds, the 2027 prospect displays great anticipation and feel for the game while lining up at safety. This, combined with his ball skills, makes him a ballhawk on the backend. He is looking to get back to Tuscaloosa during the spring.
