The Alabama Crimson Tide will be without their former starting QB, Jalen Milroe, next season. Milroe is starting his NFL career after getting selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the third round of the 2025 NFL draft. As a result, Ty Simpson is projected to take over the starting role in Alabama.

While it will be exciting for Simpson to get started on the next step of his college career, his younger brother, Graham, also announced exciting news on Thursday. Graham just finished his freshman year of high school but is already being recruited by colleges. On Thursday, he announced on X that he received an offer from the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Graham Simpson will be part of the 2028 recruiting class. As a result, he still has nearly three years to decide which school he wants to go to.

While Graham decides which school he wants to attend, Ty Simpson is preparing for his first season as a starter at Alabama. He has already been on the team for three years, but he has spent his entire career thus far as a backup.

Next season, he is projected to be the starter ahead of other young QBs, including Austin Mack and Keelon Russell. Russell is the No. 2-ranked player in the 2025 recruiting class, according to  247Sports.
