Alabama WR produces most vicious juke of the season

Ryan Williams was looking more like Dante Hall out there on Saturday.

The Alabama wide receiver Williams went viral during his team’s Week 3 game against Wisconsin for an absolutely cruel juke. In the third quarter at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Ala., Williams came down with a long pass from Crimson Tide quarterback Ty Simpson.

As Williams’ momentum carried him towards the sideline, he suddenly stepped on the brakes and let his defender, Badgers cornerback Geimere Latimer II, touch the earth. Williams then cut back down the middle and brought it in for a touchdown, giving Alabama a 34-7 lead.

Here is the video of the ruthless juke by Williams.

The sophomore Williams had a day to remember on Saturday, finishing with five catches for 165 yards and two touchdowns. Meanwhile, the No. 19-ranked Tide cruised to an easy 38-14 win over the Badgers, improving their record to 2-1 on the early season.

Williams goes by the nickname of “Hollywood” (according to his social media pages) and has certainly been living up to the moniker over the course of his college career thus far. The former five-star recruit had an incredible game-winning play during a game against Georgia last season and has generally become known for his confidence (and borderline ruthlessness) towards opponents. Still only 18 years old as well, Williams is the undisputed WR1 in Tuscaloosa right now and managed to add Latimer and Wisconsin to his growing list of victims this week.
