After listing the Alabama Crimson Tide among his final options, defensive line prospect Titan Davis has reached a decision.
Davis took to social media on Monday night to make his college pick official. He has confirmed that he has committed to the Michigan Wolverines, choosing Jim Harbaugh’s program over other national giants like Alabama, Penn State, and USC.

DeSmet High School star Titan Davis continues to rise up the national recruiting boards. The 6-foot-4-inch, 265-pound defensive lineman is rated the No. 101 overall player in the 2026 class by the 247Sports Composite. He’s also listed as the No. 13 defensive lineman in the country and the No. 2 overall prospect in Missouri — credentials that have made him one of the most sought-after recruits in the Midwest.
Davis was one of several Alabama targets who announced commitments to other programs on Monday, joining fellow highly regarded prospects Khamari Brooks and Roman Voss in turning down the Crimson Tide.
The Crimson Tide did manage to secure the addition of a defensive line last weekend. Following months of campus visits, offers, and careful consideration, JJ Finch, a three-star defensive lineman from Warren Central in Indianapolis, has chosen to take his talents to Tuscaloosa, committing to the Alabama Crimson Tide.
In terms of 4-star acquisitions, however, Nolan Wilson from Picayune, Mississippi is now the primary DL target for the Crimson Tide.
Alabama was the first Power Five school to offer Wilson a scholarship and lay the groundwork for a strong early relationship. The talented prospect eventually took official visits to Alabama, Ole Miss, Auburn, and closed things out with a visit to Miami.
With Titan Davis now off the board, Alabama’s coaching trio of Kalen DeBoer, Kane Wommack, and Freddie Roach will likely ramp up their pursuit of Wilson. The Crimson Tide have had their eye on him for some time, and that early investment may yet pay dividends.
