Alternate angle makes incredible pass by Vols QB Nico Iamaleava look even more impressive
Saul Young/News Sentinel / USA TODAY NETWORK

Tennessee Vols quarterback Nico Iamaleava didn't have to throw the ball a lot in UT's 35-0 win against the Iowa Hawkeyes in the Citrus Bowl -- he completed 12-of-19 passes for 151 yards and a touchdown -- but he showed enough on a pass to wide receiver Ramel Keyton to prove that he's an elite passer.

Iamaleava, while on the move, hit Keyton on a perfectly placed throw near the sideline that was as good as any pass you'll ever see.

The end zone view of the play makes Nico's throw look even more impressive.

Keyton wasn't really open on that play. Nico, however, put the ball where only Keyton could catch it. You couldn't ask for a better throw in that situation.

Nico is only scratching the surface of how good he can be. The California native is facing some high expectations, but it's clear that he has the talent to meet those expectations.
