Sad UConn fan remains loyal despite massive fourth-quarter deficit

Watch: Sad UConn fan remains loyal despite massive fourth-quarter deficit vs. Michigan

UConn football really isn't a thing.

The basketball program? It's top-notch. The Huskies have four championships and five Final Four appearances under their belt. Jim Calhoun was one of the best coaches in college basketball, and heck, even Kevin Ollie won March Madness with the Huskies in his six seasons.

UConn basketball is legendary. Football? Not so much.

The football Huskies have never been ranked in the AP Poll. Once a part of the Big East, arguably one of their best seasons finished with a win in the PapaJohns.com Bowl.

It's a tough gig being a UConn football fan, but they do exist.

We know there's one, at least, because he showed up and sported his team's colors proudly despite the fact that the Huskies were getting blown out by the No. 4 Michigan Wolverines at the Big House.

May the college football Gods bless this man, and let's all think about him before our heads hit the pillows tonight.
