EA Sports College Football 26 releases in early July, and various gameplay updates and interface changes have been slowly getting released, generating a lot of hype for one of the most popular sports games in the country.

Among interface changes is updated rosters, and their ratings as well. The Texas Longhorns have one of the more interesting rosters, with the departure of various stars, as well as the rise for quarterback Arch Manning.

The young phenom has a lot of promise heading into the season, and EA Sports has followed suit by giving him a rating of 90, which is just outside the top five for the Longhorns roster.

The top five for Texas consist of Anthony Hill (95), Colin Simmons (93), Malik Muhammad (92), Michael Taaffe (91), and Tre Wisner (91). Ryan Wingo (86) is another leaked overall rating for the Longhorns.

Manning flying under the radar in the eyes of EA Sports, but not the world of college football, as he will be under the spotlight for his entire collegiate and professional career.

Wide receiver Wingo being just under him in the ratings seems like a disgrace, as they have incredible promise, and potential to dominate college football as one of the premier duos in the sport.

The linebacker core of Texas shows pure dominance on the field, as well in these ratings. Hill and Simmons look to be a part of the best linebacker group in college football, and EA Sports agrees.

EA Sports' College Football 26 releases on July 10, 2025 on all platforms, where fans will get the chance to play with the Longhorns for over a month before the real season begins late August.
