TEMPE — Another Arizona State standout is calling it a career at the collegiate level and declaring for the NFL Draft.

Running back Raleek Brown announced his decision to enter the draft in a heartfelt post on X.

Brown, a former five-star recruit, arrived in the Valley with national attention after transferring from USC to Arizona State ahead of the 2024 season. He delivered his breakout year this season, rushing for 1,141 yards on 186 carries with four touchdowns. Brown also added 34 receptions for 239 yards and two receiving scores, showcasing his versatility as a multipurpose weapon.

With more stars departing the program, Brown’s decision continues a trend for the Sun Devils, who have built a reputation for developing NFL-ready talent. Brown played a key role in helping Arizona State remain above .500 throughout the 2025 season, providing balance and explosiveness to the offense.

Brown’s youth and development will undoubtedly leave a void for Arizona State to address next year.

For Sun Devils fans, it is another difficult departure as more talent leaves Tempe. With other players, including Jordyn Tyson and Sam Leavitt, expected to continue their careers elsewhere, Brown is the latest Sun Devil to turn the page.

However, like many players who move on from the Valley, Brown was met with support from fans.

As Brown looks ahead to his future at the professional level, his contributions to the Sun Devils will not be forgotten.
