College football Week 13 best teaser

It's the final week of the college football regular season — excluding Navy vs. Army in two weeks and Conference Championship Games — which means it's becoming more and more clear what to expect from teams moving forward. And after missing out on last week's teaser, we've got a teaser with great odds (+110).

North Carolina losing to Georgia Tech was arguably the biggest upset in all of college football last week, but don't expect the Tar Heels to drop two in a row this week against NC State. Heck, if Josh Downs doesn't drop that sure-thing touchdown pass from Drake Maye late in the fourth quarter, North Carolina probably survives Georgia Tech last week. But that's not what happened, and the Tar Heels are now 9-2 instead of 10-1.

Despite last week's offensive dud against the Yellow Jackets, the Tar Heels are still averaging 38 points a game and over 490 yards of total offense. Meanwhile NC State has lost back-to-back games and hasn't scored more than 20 points in a game in consecutive weeks. That simply won't work against a team of North Carolina's caliber, and don't be surprised if the Tar Heels get up early against the Wolfpack, and never look back. NC State will need 300 yards of total offense to even have a chance in this one, and that's asking a lot from the Wolfpack, considering how much they've struggled on offense since losing quarterback Devin Leary for the rest of the season back in October. And remember, you don't need the Tar Heels to cover the six-point spread, you just need them to win.

As for the final leg of our teaser, take the under of 44.5 points thanks to teaser between Nebraska and Iowa. Iowa might be on a four-game winning streak and in solid position to win the Big Ten West, but that doesn't mean diminish the fact the Hawkeyes offense is still bad. Iowa is second-to-last in all of college football in total offense and averaging just 17.5 points per game. Now give the Hawkeyes credit, the offense is better than it was from the beginning of the season, but is still is far from good.

However, the Hawkeyes' defense is legit. Iowa has allowed 13 points or less in five of its last six games, and the Hawkeyes have played their best ball during conference play. As for Nebraska, they've certainly been better since firing Scott Frost, but the Cornhuskers' offense is still below average. Nebraska hasn't scored more than 14 points in four straight games, and they might be facing the best defense in all of the Big Ten West in Iowa. Don't be surprised if either team breaks 21 points, which makes this leg pretty much a lock.

North Carolina (-6) to (0) AND Nebraska/Iowa (under 38.5 points) to Nebraska/Iowa to (44.5 points) (+110 odds via FanDuel)
