Congratulations Pouring In For Bill Belichick, Jordon Hudson

A new story on the relationship between North Carolina head coach Bill Belichick and his girlfriend Jordon Hudson is making waves this morning.

On Tuesday, Katie Rosman reported for The Athletic that Hudson played a role in getting NFL Films' Hard Knocks show canceled because she demanded too much control over the project.

"Ms. Hudson demanded she be granted content approval and partial ownership of the show, according to a person familiar with the deal who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized by producers to speak to a reporter... NFL Films pulled the plug."

But that story contained another little wrinkle as well, as it included an allegation that Hudson has told "at least one person" that she and Belichick are already engaged.

"Ms. Hudson has told at least one person that she and Mr. Belichick are engaged to be married," the outlet reported.

As you might expect, fans that have been glued to the ongoing drama about the eight-time Super Bowl champion's love life have been practically getting their popcorn out and enjoying the fireworks. Some believe that the two are heading into a disastrous marriage while others are just reveling in how quickly things are moving.

Of course, some are congratulating the couple, too.

"Jordon Hudson informing folks that her and Bill Belichick are engaged.... So much for future NFL opportunities," one user remarked.

"Bill is 73 years old. That’s a 49 year age gap between the two. Hudson has been a huge distraction for the UNC football program recently causing mass media attention."

"Some lawyer needs to write this prenup pro bono."

"The gift that keeps on giving."

"Wait shouldn't it always be at least one person? Or has she not told Bill yet?"

"What an idiot. Congrats on marrying a quintessential gold digger. Should have married Linda, Bill."

NFL and college football fans have been either amused or downright suspicious of the relationship between the North Carolina head coach and his alleged "muse."

The two have been practically inseparable for the better part of a year and there have been questions whether Hudson is just using Belichick to advance her own career.

Whatever the case may be, the two appear to be quite happy together.
