In his true freshman season at Nebraska, five-star quarterback Dylan Raiola showed some of the promise that had Cornhuskers fans rejoicing when he signed with them.
Raiola threw for 2,595 yards, 12 touchdowns and 10 interceptions as Nebraska finished 6-6 and reached a bowl game for the first time since 2016. The onetime Georgia commit posted 297 passing yards and three touchdowns in an early season loss to Illinois while adding 293 passing yards and a TD in the team's 44-25 win over Wisconsin on Nov. 23, which clinched bowl eligibility.
Recently, Cornhusker fans have been concerned about Raiola's future with the program, as rumors swirled that other programs could be looking to poach the former blue-chip recruit.
Fortunately, Raiola put that to be with a post on his Instagram story Monday night indicating he's "all-in" with Nebraska.

Nebraska fans can breathe a sigh of relief. Raiola gives head coach Matt Rhule a critical piece to build around for 2025.
“He’s at practice right now and is going through the gameplan,” Rhule said of Raiola on Tuesday. “I don’t speak for our players, I know he put a message out last night; I think there’s always going to be rumors but I don’t deal in rumors, I deal in facts. He’s here, he’s with us, he’s been all in for us and he’s a good enough player that every school in the country should probably come to try to recruit him.”
Looking ahead to next fall, Raiola said following the loss to Iowa in the regular season finale that he has one goal in mind.
"Playoffs next year," Raiola said. "It's as simple as that."
In the immediate future, he'll look to close the 2024 season out on a high note with a win over Boston College in the Pinstripe Bowl on Dec. 28 at Yankee Stadium (noon ET, ABC).
