Edward Vesterinen Commits to Country Roads Trust

Player retention plays a big part in this era of collegiate athletics and so far, West Virginia has done an excellent job in retaining its top contributors. On Thursday, defensive lineman Edward Vesterinen announced that he has committed to a partnership with Country Roads Trust, intending to remain at WVU.

In 13 games this season, Vesterinen totaled 28 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, and three sacks.

The following players are committed to working with the Trust in 2024:

QB Garrett Greene, RB Jahiem White, WR Rodney Gallagher III, WR Preston Fox, WR Traylon Ray, TE Kole Taylor, OL Ja'Quay Hubbard, OL Nick Krahe, OL Nick Malone, OL Wyatt Milum, OL Tomas Rimac, OL Brandon Yates, OL Johnny Williams IV, DL Edward Vesterinen, LB Ben Cutter, LB Trey Lathan, LB Josiah Trotter.
