The Bulldogs of the University of Georgia have been a national powerhouse in the SEC for years. Head coach Kirby Smart has been contributing to the Bulldog’s legacy since 2016, adding two national championships to the record books. The Bulldogs hold a top-15 2025 recruiting class, per the 247 Sports Composite, that looks to bring more titles to Athens, starting with Elyiss Williams.

Elyiss Williams

Kingsland, GA (Camden County)

#21 NAT, #1 TE, #7 GA

A varsity starter since his freshman year of high school, Elyiss Williams has the physical tools to be great. The 6’7”, 235-lb. Williams is quick off of the snap, can create space on his routes, and can make spectacular catches in traffic. Williams has posted 36 catches for 791 yards, an average of 22 yards per catch, over his high school career. Williams added eight touchdowns and three pancake blocks, displaying his blocking power and receiving tools.

A dominant athlete in two sports, Williams is a two-time Georgia Player of the Year in basketball, averaging double-digits in points and rebounds across three seasons. On the field, Williams led his teams to second-round and semifinal appearances.

Williams, a five-star recruit, had his choice of schools with over 15 offers but chose to stay home for Georgia over schools like Tennessee, LSU, and Auburn.

Darren Ikinnagbon

Hillside, NJ (Hillside)

#51 NAT, #7 EDGE, #1 NJ

At 6’5” and 251 pounds, Darren Ikinnagbon has the physical tools to make an immediate impact. Ikinnagbon has great speed and awareness, with intensity in pursuit of the ball. Ikinnagbon tallied 25 tackles, two forced fumbles, and two sacks in his junior season. While those numbers that lay a solid foundation for Ikinnagbon, Kirby Smart and Georgia’s staff hopes they improve.

Ikinnagbon, a four-star and consensus top-100 recruit, held offers from 25 schools, but chose Georgia over schools like Florida, Notre Dame, and USC.

Ryan Montgomery

Findlay, OH (Findlay)

#144 NAT, #10 QB, #7 OH

Georgia is looking for the next leader of their offense, and four-star quarterback Ryan Montgomery looks to be their man. Measuring 6’3” and 215 pounds, Montgomery has the prototypical quarterback build. A varsity starter since his freshman season, Montgomery has posted a 63% completion percentage, 89 touchdowns, 17 interceptions, and 7,584 passing yards so far across his high school career.

Montgomery is calm in the pocket and possesses competitive arm strength while being very accurate. If needed, he can make a play with his legs and throw on the run but does not rely on it. His play on the field led him to be named a finalist for the Ohio Mr. Football Award.

With 27 offers to choose from, Ryan Montgomery chose the Bulldogs over schools like Michigan, Ohio State, and Wisconsin.
