Emmanuel Acho has seemingly reversed course on his feelings surrounding Shedeur Sanders.
After watching the Colorado QB fall to the late rounds of the draft, the FOX Sports 1 host and former NFL linebacker said he thought Shedeur should go back to school. Now that he's landed with the Browns though, Acho seems to like the opportunity in front of the Unitas Award winner.
"BREAKING: The Browns have selected Colorado QB Shedeur Sanders," the analyst posted to X. "The Browns QB room: Shedeur Sanders Deshaun Watson (Achilles) Joe Flacco Kenny Pickett Dillon Gabriel (R) ... Shedeur had to wait, but he can easily win the starting job."

When a user attempted to call Acho out, "The Facility" personality replied that he still feels Sanders should go back to Boulder but also believes the All-American has the chance to be the Browns' QB1.
"He should go back to school, if at all possible (not sure if he has an agent)," Acho said. "If he doesn't, he can win that job."
Emmanuel also chalked up Shedeur's draft day slide to not "code switching" — or making himself more palatable to the people in positions of power that had some control in where he landed.
"No. 1, he didn't code switch. What do I mean, 'he didn't code switch,' Shedeur Sanders did not change his identity or how he comes off for the sake of the decision-makers and who are the decision-makers in the National Football League primarily non-minorities, primarily White people, he did not code switch, he stayed true to Shedeur," Acho claimed.
"The problem is he didn't make himself more palatable to decision-makers, he didn't do it, and in job interviews, whether it's the National Football League or any job interview, oftentimes it behooves you to make yourself more palatable to decision-makers. Shedeur Sanders did not do that."
What do you make of Shedeur falling so far and do you think returning to college would be a good option?
