Day 2 of the 2025 NFL Draft is officially here, which means it's time to evaluate the best available prospects.
There are a handful of players who were projected to be first-round picks that are still on the board. Despite all the offseason hype, Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders remains undrafted. The expectation is that he'll hear his name called at some point in the next two rounds.
However, Sanders isn't listed as one of the top prospects available. Instead, ESPN has Michigan cornerback Will Johnson as the No. 1 player on the board.
Unfortunately for Johnson, his stock has tanked due to a knee injury.
"Michigan CB Will Johnson Jr. has a knee issue that has concerned some NFL teams and helps explain why he still has not been selected," ESPN's Adam Schefter said.
Johnson isn't the only marquee player available heading into the second round.
Here are the top five prospects on the board, according to ESPN:
Ohio State running back TreVeyon Henderson just missed the cut for the top five, but he's the best available at his position. His teammate, Quinshon Judkins, is also expected to come off the board on Day 2.
As for Sanders, it's unclear where he'll end up. It's possible the Cleveland Browns take him with one of their second-round picks.
The NFL Draft will resume at 7 p.m. ET on ABC and ESPN. It should be an exciting night for all 32 teams.
