Betting lines are quite unpredictable during bowl season. With all the opt-outs, injuries, and NFL Draft declarations, both rosters can look completely different when bowls finally kick off. Tennessee has experienced that firsthand ahead of their Citrus Bowl matchup with the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Tennessee has had a lot of roster movement over the past few days. Running backs Jaylen Wright and Jabari Small opted out of the Citrus Bowl earlier in the week, and quarterback Joe Milton III joined them on Wednesday. The Vols will now start true freshman quarterback Nico Iamaleava alongside several other young players on both sides of the football.

The Hawkeyes, and the rest of college football, are also undergoing roster turnover ahead of the game. Star corner Cooper Dejean broke his leg about a month ago, so he'll be inactive, and several other Hawkeyes will not play. Here's what the sports books think with a few hours remaining before the final game for both squads.
