Former Tennessee Vols running back Dylan Sampson tried to get his new teammate Shedeur Sanders to do his signature watch celebration at the Cleveland Browns' rookie minicamp, but the former Colorado Buffaloes quarterback wasn't having it.
Sanders' watch celebration was a common sight at Colorado over the last couple of seasons, but the rookie quarterback wasn't interested in breaking it out this week while posing for photos with his fellow rookie teammates.
Sampson and fellow rookie running back Quinshon Judkins briefly attempted to get Sanders to do the watch celebration to no avail.

Sanders is likely trying to fly under the radar a bit after unexpectedly falling to the fifth round of the 2025 NFL Draft.
“I’m just thankful for the opportunity," said Sanders this past week. "Things could have been a lot worse, but I’m here smiling in front of you all at this facility right now.”
Sampson and Judkins, meanwhile, were clearly just having a good time with their new teammate.
The Browns added some nice young offensive talent via the draft. It'll be interesting to see how that talent gels over the next few months. The fact that Sanders is trying to distance himself (at least a little bit) from his Colorado persona is probably a good sign for the Browns.
